The Executive has been designed with a double-wall stainless steel vacuum insulated technology and copper-plated interior; your drink will stay hot/warm for up to 8 hours.

 Q: Can I use the Cupsly coffee cup for cold beverages?

Absolutely! The Executive is designed to maintain the temperature of your beverage cold or hot. 

Q: How should I care for my The Executive cup?

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. After each use, rinse and clean thoroughly. It’s a small habit that protects the integrity of the lid mechanism, helping it continue to perform as it should.

Ordering and Shipping

Q: How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your preferred colour and quantity, then proceed to checkout.

Q: What are the shipping options and costs?

We are pleased to offer complimentary 2-3 delivery on orders placed before 2pm with DPD for all UK postcodes except Isles and the Highlands, subject to availability.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.


Warranty

 Q: Is there a warranty on Cupsly coffee cups?

Yes, The Executive comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with any warranty claims.

Q: How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our client services team with your order details and reason for the return or claim. We will provide you with further instructions.


Account Information

Q: I have forgotten my account password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “account” button and select “Forgot your password?”. An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Returns

How can I return my order?

Please, contact our customer service team at return@cupslycup.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. All items must be returned in their original condition If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Can I refund or exchange my CY cup?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@cupslycup.com If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact our customer service team. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new item.
