Returns Window
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its full packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@cupslycup.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 41 Somers Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 7DH, UK.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of your return.
Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Every Cupsly product is quality-checked before leaving us.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it swiftly.
